Delhi Court: Quran allows polygamy, not encourages it (January 1st 2013)

The article Holy Quran Allows polygamy, not encourages it: court in Indian Express dated 1 January 2013 seems worth reading. Particularly in light of the poor state of women in India. The court ruled in a case of forced marriage, that Quran allows polygamy in Islam, but does not encourage it.
